I used Robert Abbott Tax services for 2 years. This year was an absolute nightmare. After receiving my taxes, I called ****** the owner, several times leaving my number, to inquire about discrepancies. There was silence. He never called me back. After writing an unfavorable yelp, he then decided to respond to my yelp saying he didn't have my contact information. We had been communicating by phone several times, yet he didn't have my information. Six months later, in October, he call me to get my unique Pin number. I later found out through the **** that he didn't submit my tax forms correctly in April. My taxes weren't turn in until October. Having this knowledge, ***** never made any attempts to inform me about what happened. He kept assuring me that he had completed them, and that they were submitted. I would definitely not recommend nor trust this business to anyone. My taxes are still pending with a deadline looming due to his failure to do his job. I paid over 1k thinking I was getting professional services, but this is not the case. He doesn't know how to properly submit them to the ****
