    This company is extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and uncommunicative across the board. They were completely unreliable every step of the way. If we could give them 0 or negative stars we would.We had to continuously chase this company down to get answers and actually come to our home to complete even part of the job they promised. They could never follow through with their promises, didn't know how to apologize for their mistakes, and only made excuses.We endured a saga which lasted many months in which we had to ultimately fire the company for failing to install the complete order of windows in our house after one gigantic s**** up and many other screws *** along the way, with not one step of the process going smoothly or correctly.About a week after posting the above review on Yelp, we noticed that one of our windows has a trim on top of it. We quickly realized what happened. They didn't measure the window correctly (again and again), but didn't want to pay for yet another window replacement, so they hid it by installing an incorrectly sized window and patching it at the top using an interior trim. Not only does it look terrible, the trim will soon fall off because it's not meant for exterior use. They really botched this job and were dishonest. We reached out to them asking that they replace the window with a correctly sized one. They basically ignored us. So we wrote them a formal email that we request fixing the problem or we will have to take further action. That's when we heard from their lawyer instead of from them. In the end, they refused to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. You'll likely lose your money and it will cause a great deal of stress.
