    I am not sure if this company is losing contracts with buildings, but recently they decided to implement Ads within their mobile app and plaster weird media channels within their locker tablets. I think it's pathetic that a service I pay for wants to capitalize off the absolute need for users to open the application. Just improve your service, continue to win over buildings with your promise to provide package locker software, and improve upon what you have. This to me shows a white flag that Luxer is comfortable where they are as a company, or are flailing for the extra pennies they get from me as I swipe by some useless Ad for Hello Fresh.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of communication and training exhibited by the staff at Luxeo One. It has come to my attention that there are significant disparities in the competencies of your employees, particularly when it comes to problem-solving and customer service.Recently, I encountered an issue with losing access to the locker due to management changes. I had the opportunity to interact with two of your staff members regarding this matter, and I must highlight the ***** contrast in their abilities. One staff member demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and promptly addressed my concerns, leading to a satisfactory resolution. However, the other staff member, presumably due to inadequate training, was unwilling to assist and failed to comprehend the issue at hand.It is disheartening to witness such inconsistency within your staff's capabilities, as it reflects negatively on the overall image of Luxeo One. Effective communication and consistent problem-solving skills are paramount in ensuring a positive customer experience. In this instance, the inadequate training of one staff member hindered the resolution of my issue and left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment.As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service from a reputable company such as Luxeo One. Inconsistencies in staff abilities are not only inconvenient for customers but also detrimental to the reputation of your brand. Investing in comprehensive training programs and regular skill assessments for your employees would significantly enhance the quality of service provided.I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue by implementing robust training protocols and ensuring that all staff members are adequately equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns. Consistency in service quality is vital for building and maintaining customer trust.

    I had two packages delivered in one day and was only given access to one locker for one package. I had proof of both delivers on the same day both saying the package had been placed in the lockers, and customer service did nothing. They told me they only had records of one and wouldn't assist at all.
