    Worst experience I've ever had! Sold me a 2022 ****** Tacoma TRD pro truck that was not worth half the price. They received my almost paid off 2019 Ram 1500 classic! Beautiful truck.( I should've kept) Went in and had it appraised and boy was I misinformed. Lack of honesty and respect. Im eating it now and boy they don't even care. Should have been 8 grand lower priced. Reached out many times and no answer or call back. Make right is all I've been trying for.

    We sold ***** ******** the 2022 ****** Tacoma TRD pro for under ***** blue book value. I will send supporting documents. Selling price was $40,999 and retail was $41,473. He also paid tax and licensing that totaled $45195.43. He was mad when he went to another dealership to get it appraised and it wasn't appraised for what he had to pay for it. He didn't understand tax and licensing is always on the customer. We have tried talking with him multiple times and even offered to buy the truck back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They have not offered to buy the truck back. They continue to say they have. ***** call demanding i take down my review down. Because he didn't respond. I made the review.  If they would have offered to buy the truck back I would have expected that.  Now they keep proving that they do not value the costumer.

    Bought 2019 ***** Silverado from Mickeys 5/17/2023. Within two weeks there was a failure of the Fuel and oil system that shut the vehicle off in a life threatening situation.They kept my vehicle for more than three months.In April 2024 I had a recall issue that was repaired By Northwood Chevrolet. April 29,2023 I made an attempt at ********* for transmission issue. They said it will need a new transmission system and neither Mickeys or Northwood will adhere to the warranty because they state I am ***** miles out of warranty. Mickeys sold an unsafe vehicle and will not make the repairs necessary.

    On the first issue the vehicle was taken to the Chevrolet dealer to be repaired under warranty. Customer was upset that it was taking too long as per their shop waiting on parts.  ******'s arranged for the vehicle to be brought here and repaired in our shop at our expense and did not get reimbursed for work done. Customer was provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time the vehicle was in the shop.

    As per problems with transmission, customer put more than ********* miles on vehicle and warranty was up so therefore was declined by Chevrolet, customer choose not to purchase an extended warranty at time of purchase.

    Although ******'s is not responsible for repairs after a customers warranty expires, as a courtesy we are willing to offer ****** a 10% discount if she chooses to have repairs done here in our shop.
