    I rated 5 stars to Committed Legal Services because, truthfully, Ramon and his team deserve it. Nowadays, the only thing on my mind are scams! My personal experience with CLS has exceeded my expectations.
    For those who are experiencing first time eviction syndrome, I totally understand the frustration and concerns that it may bring unexpectedly, with Ramon’s guidance, the only task assigned to me was simply finding a new home! Meaning I had peace and I no longer had to constantly look over my shoulder because I understood the eviction process from the initial call. With his affordable rates and knowledge you may think it’s too good to be true but if you’re considering Ramon’s services, I highly suggest giving having a consultation with him!

    ****** ****** Thank you CLS!! ******* your a lifesaver and awesome!! I was served 3 days to pay or quit after a terrible 2024! Loss income fell behind in December on payments to landlord although I kept paying *** I could!! Yes I was served!! Thank God I found ******* at *** on ****** RENTERS RIGHTS! WE TRUlY HAVE RIGHTS!! IF TIME ISNT ON YOUR SIDE..CLS will find it for you! Professional empathetic sincere timely and ain't trying to *** *** blind!! Works with you i swear I was flat broke ******* still pushed forward on my darn word can yiu believe it and so reasonably ethically priced but do not fret!! He gotchu!!     I must say I had my doubts because all of the scammers these days but when I spoke with ***** he put me at ease, he is very knowledgeable about every question I had. Didn't pressure me to send any money or even choose his services for that matter. Although he is not going to represent as your attorney, The service they provide is pretty much all the paperwork portion you have to do the footwork yourself which isn't much at all, just printing documents and filing them with the court house all you have to do is sign them. In my case I walked away with no eviction or judgment on my record, and I was able to stay in my place without paying rent for 3 extra months so I could save while I looked for a new place to live which I wanted to do anyways. His fee was very reasonable compared to most other places I called which wanted like $1300 down and like $600/ month for every month I stayed at my place. Just to do the same thing ***** did for me. And he only charged i think it was a flat fee of $400 and that's it. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend committed legal services to anyone who is dealing with an eviction. No Brainer. Thanks again ***** you are much appreciated... ***** f****y

    I definitely would recommend committed legal services! I was super scared and had no idea what I was doing! I gave them a call ask for a quote and within the next hour or so paperwork was filled out and he began my process help me out with everything! I'm still going to court and he still answers all my phone calls with no problem! They are truly the best!

    Id like to give my review regarding Commited Legal Services in *********, Ca I dont wish this type of stress on anyone but it happens . I did make a few calls and didnt have hope but when I talked to ************ got an entirely different vibe . ***** listened to me and allowed me to explain my situation . He can tell I was stressed out. He didnt pressure me or make any false promises . No judgement or guilt. I was worried if its too good to be true because he was the only attorney I spoke to that actually addressed my anxiety in a calm voice and tried his best to assure me not to worry about the worst . That was his first motive . He advised me on the facts of my situation and our goal was to be heard . That was accomplished . That is what is unique about this business so I am fortunate I ran into them . I hope to never be in this situation again but if I ever met anyone who may, Id feel comfortable referring them to Commited Legal Services. When youre faced with such a stressful predicament you need facts but also understanding . That is why I am leaving my positive review . I got lucky I found their number .

    ***** is the best literally I was scared didnt know what to do or what to say. ***** literally help me did all my paperwork and even after I called him and told him it was done he told me he still help me throughout the process to call if any thing else occurs. Hes been very nice. He listen to me he didnt push me off he made me feel safe, and welcome me during my horrible situation so I Thank you ***** for all that you do.
