    **************************** offers a subscription based toothpaste.Previously, the price was better on their website than they offered elsewhere, and I prefer to buy directly which is why I started purchasing from their website.Their website uses shopify.The complaint:There is no way to cancel a subscription that I can see. I've contacted them previously and they never responded.They changed login info to a pin based log in, where you put in your email address and they send you a pin that you use as your passcode. Complained before because I never received a pin, therefore I could not access my account, yet my subscription was still going.I can access my account now but I can't cancel my subscription. On top of that, I cannot delete my payment method. When attempting to it says "Payment method can't be deleted. This payment method is managed by *******. Please Edit to manage this payment."I cannot delete my account. I'd be willing to delete my account to dodge this parasitic company but I can't even do that *********, I can't cancel my subscription, I can't remove payment, can't delete my account. The only option I have is to skip deliveries, for what, eternity? This is absurd, on top of that they haven't replied to me in ages. I sent them an email this time as well because it's infuriating but I'm not waiting for a response since I have no faith in this business.

    Hello

     

    This customer has been receiving orders since 2023 and has not previously reached out to end his subscription.  His last order was Dec 2024.  There is an button on the customers home screen that says "cancel subscription" he needed to press this button and answer a couple of questions on why he wanted to cancel the subscription and the subscription would have been cancelled. I have gone in and cancelled his future subscriptions. There was no money that needed to be refunded because he did go in and pause his order that was scheduled to ship in June.  His subscription was for every six months.
