    ***** the owner refused to see me to install lighting in my vehicle although I was 15 minutes late for a job that would only take 1.5 hours. He never told me if I was late my deposit was non-refundable. He refused to see me or reschedule without me paying an extra *****. I had already paid him ***** and it was supposed to go towards the services. The services were never rendered and I was scammed out of my money. He made every excuse not to see me that day. I dont think they ever planned on doing the job. There business license should be revoked as Im not the only customer this has happened to upon talking to others.

    The customer ******************************* booked an appointment and was told that a deposit of $50 was needed to order parts for her Jeep Wrangler to be installed on 12-30-23 @10am. I take deposits to insure customers shows for there scheduled appointments as well. On the day of our appointment 10 am arrived and she was a no show. I allowed 21 minutes to pass and sent her a text stating she missed the appointment time. She started she forgot and can be there in 10 min. The customer lives in ******** and can take anywhere from ***** minutes. This would put me about 40 minutes behind schedule and I had another appointment booked for 12 pm. I stated I couldnt get her in that day and would require another deposit because of the no show no notice on her end. She then proceeded to threaten me by telling me she was a cop and I needed to do it or else. I told her she is more then welcome to come pick up the item she paid for and get it installed elsewhere and se refused.
