    Left Coast Termite ***** Feldspar *****************, Ca ***** ************ They never finished doing what they were supposed to do?They didn't finish the stairs they built? (The electrical outlet they used does not work anymore?***** the guy that I dealt with never showed up when he said he would.

    Hello ********,

    This email is in regards to complaint # 21959866 . Being that this is our first complaint I have attached all documents pertaining to 5001 W ******* #******************* in hopes that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner and satisfy ***********************. Attached is the Termite Report, Notice of Completion, Paid Invoice, the Fume Log and Certificate, as well as e-mail correspondence, and photos from our most recent follow up on 7/17/24.


     ************************ expressed his concerns via email on specific repairs not being completed, in which we addressed. We also had our termite operator ***** give him a call and set up a follow up inspection to make sure these areas were completed. We asked for photos of the areas of concern so that we can further explain and resolve his concerns, but no photos were sent. We reached out to set up another follow up visit on 7/17/24 so that our Termite Operator ***** can go over the *** report with him and the completed repairs. We also completed paint free of charge, even after addressing on the report that paint was not included in our estimate. It seems that all work as promised was completed and his main concern was an electrical outlet, in which we did not use during our time completing repairs at his home, or have on our list of repairs since we do not do electrical work. It seems that after this visit *********************** was satisfied. We take pride in our work and customer service and hope that we can come to a resolution on this matter.
