    Five stars for PIRs repiping work. It seems to have been done professionally with no leaks detected. Also, 5 stars for the wall patching guys work. Some places it is hard to see that anything was done and will not require a repaint. NOTE!!...MINUS THREE STARS for the lack of repipe crew care regarding the wooden floor in our kitchen. Tarps were initially in place but got moved around uncovering bare floor. Numerous scuffs and scratches were not noticed until they had left, one area was shown to crew leader before they left. A cabinet was placed on a bare floor area and then slid to the other side of the room creating a long scratch. ALSO, MINUS STARS (should be more) for ********** investigation. They believed everything their crew told them, nothing I said or photos presented and never came out to see the damage. If you choose to use PIR, I would highly suggest that you watch the workers carefully, have crew leader sign a prework inspection sheet noting any preexisting damage/non-damage and a final walk thru noting new damage. I failed to supervise the workers carefully BUT THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY JOB!! My after work photos and reports were not enough evidence for the ********** to be concerned enough about our problem to do a REAL investigation. The sales guy seemed sympathethic to our situation but has been unable to return to our home to see our situation and complaints are left to the office to deal with.

    Quick response fixed the issues he could. Tried to fix a damaged facet but said he did not want to break it and that it needed to be replaced.
