  i go to this place to do tatto removal and the owner of this spa make the session for me she end me up with 25 scares on my arm ishe told it need time to reheal i wait the time she told me about without me getting better then i go to dermotology that he told that its scares and it need special tretment and with all this scares i have a lot of daily pain and itchiness i go back to the facilty she said iam not responsibil for all this scares she told the people that train her and gave her the lic is responsible i contact them they give me in. writing that her and her spa are responsbil i contact her she is not answering and she run away from the problem so end up with all this scares and pain. and she or the people that they train her is not helping .the people that she is liciend from name tatt2away. and i follow all the instruction she told me to do from first day and scares still on my arm

  This gentleman was very forceful and told he was not a candidate from the beginning. He didn't care, and wanted his tattoo removed. He was also told the total of the removal upfront and agreed and then told me I had to provide a discount. I gave him a discount and he told me I had to do better; He was supposed to pay $700 he only pain $440. This was documented in the chart as well. I have also attached the consents he signed. This is the last part of the consent of which he signed:

  
  

  Of sound mind and body, I hereby release Rejuvatek Medical Inc (“RMI”) and the Tatt2Away Center ****** Aesthetic Spa (hereafter referred to as the “Center”) and any and all persons representing RMI and the Center. I acknowledge that tattoo removal comes with risks, including without limitation the Procedure Risks defined above, and that I fully and knowingly assume all such risks. I accept any and all responsibility for any consequences of my decision to have tattoo removal work done by anyone representing the Center in connection with any and all damages, claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind of nature; based upon injuries personal or property damage to, or death of myself or any other persons arising from my decision to have any tattoo removal work done, whether or not caused by negligence of RMI or anyone representing the Center. I agree for myself, heirs, assigns, and legal representatives to hold RMI and the Center harmless from all damages, causes of action, claims, judgments, cost of litigation, attorney fees, and all other costs and expenses which arise from my decision to have any tattoo removal work done by anyone representing the Center. I represent and warrant that the above and following is true and correct.
  
  I understand that I am responsible for any medical treatment I may need to receive as a result of getting this procedure. I accept full responsibility for these and any other complications, which may arise or result of the Tatt2Away procedure(s), which are to be performed at my request.

  I also connected him with the company Tatt2Away for review, and they determined he did not follow protocol for the healing process. They were going to send him to their Dermatologist, however he was also being rude and pushy to them, so they decided not to help him.

  This patient was fully informed regarding the efficacy of our treatment, especially in light of his former, failed treatments by others. Nonetheless, with few, if any options, he reviewed and signed a full consent to proceed knowing the results may likely not be optimum. We remain convinced that the best tattoo removal system available is Tatt2Away, the best system designed to remove permanent ink from tattoos. The consents he signed states that he is responsible for his own care by any providers should he require it. As per the full consents he signed, I am not responsible for how he heals given he was informed prior to treatment, after treatment he was informed of how to care for the treatment, and he was also given printed materials and supplies for aftercare.
