    I fell for their great google reviews. I paid over 2K to get our water softner/filter installed. I had to call them like 10 times to get it scheduled, the first technician they sent told me not only they can't install it, no one can. Then after i ask questions he calls the office and gets on the phone with someone semicompitent who tells him it can be done. He leaves and daysss go by, no one calls with an estimate. That should have been the clue. But again i trusted the reviews. They send someone else who seemed like he knew what he was doing, he takes the info of the system and i assumed he would study it and come bakc for installation, he comes back and installs some parts, and i am no professional but looking at the machine it didn't make sense for the pipes to randomly cross over, it could have been done neatly. I ask him why it's installed like that, he says if i want it done RIGHT then he will have to redo it and it will be extra charge. his exact words! i get mad and he says that if i question his professional judegment he will be OFFENDED. Then he proceeds to call his office, who calls me and repeats whatever misinformation the technician fed him. After i clarify what the technician actually said, they call back and say they will move the pipes and won't charge me extra. The technician leaves and something that was gonna take 1 day turns into 4, and it's still not installed right. Last day he was supposed to show me how to flush the system, he hands me the instruction manual and says, you read it and do it yourself. This is supposed to be a 5 star company. Just beware and know that when it comes to water filteration system installation they are clueless!!! you can probably hire a regular plumber and they will do the same job for a fraction of the cost.
