      I played at ******************** back in February think it was the 12th . I found treasure mile casino and went to there customer service to ask questions . The cs rep fixed me up with a free spin no deposit . I was happy and excited . Then I was told I needed to make a deposit before the bonus was done so on could keep thr winnings. All very miss leading but I was a newbie . So I deposit 20 bucks. And then was giving a crazy amount on a pass through. And then was told I could on "cash in" so much. When I seen cash in. I told Myself I wasn't going any more than 20 bucks I already deposited. So I started playing and won. Now back to cs for help on withdrawaling my money. I was told I needed to play out the bonus and the money would become withdrawalable. I couldn't figure it out so the cs rep. *** it for me. TjThen she congratulated me. And told me my pass thru was mesnt and was good togo. I was ecstatic I have over 3k. Now that the bonus is done I had 3400 for cash withdrawal . I played some more over the next several days I played . I sent up a 2k wire transfer that was processed and I continued to play. Then as I was setting up a dep. For 5k everything changed. They deleted all the chat history , my dep statement and was very short with me . Stating they had no records of our previous chat. Lucky for me and not for treasure mile. I screen recorded ever sec since day 1 . They deleted everything knowing they had missed up. Figured I would lose it all . Nope . I just want what's owed which is 5k or I will take this as far as I need to . Bc I have proof of it all .

      Yes I have never been treated and called the * word yelled at by ****** then ******************* who said you dont get the option to speak to no one higher than himself. Insidious behavior! I have been up since 330am trying to figure this out! I called spoke to ******* and I have proof Or the whole entire circumstance! *ext is a racial discrimination complaint! I am merely asking them to take from bank account next month! I have proof as STATED! I will call Back and dont appreciate being tossed. I will also make sure I speak to someone who has class integrity and can let me get him/her the proof. I am a human and no one will call me the * word. I am simply doing what is right. And **************** doesnt deserve his position. I have the bank receipts and the amount and the proof to send to the write one who can help? Some may not call and at least I am doing it right! But I can not speak to ******!
