    The trip that ******** planned for our family of four adults in October 2023 was magical from start to finish! The entire 2 weeks went off without a hitch. From the personalized app, containing all documents needed for museums, train rides, and excursions, to daily communication with *******, our concierge in Italy. This team not only helped us plan our dream vacation but also made sure it was executed flawlessly. Their knowledge of Italy guided us to extraordinary places such as *******, *********, ********************************, ****. We had restaurant reservations everyday and never had to wait in line for anything. I could go on and on about the personal walking tours in each city, wine windows tour, your, personal boat tour of the **************, our visit to Parma and parmigiana cheese factory, but there is not enough space in this review box. Our family recommends Italy Beyond the Obvious to anyone asking about our trip. It was a joyful experience start to finish!

    Touring Italy under the guidance and daily support of "Italy Beyond the Obvious" completely enhanced our travel experience. ******** and her team in Italy were supportive every step of the way. We were provided with a complete cusotmized daily itinerary that included, private tours, dinner plans, parking arrangements, car rentals, driving directions, boat tours, accommodations, etc. that were all easily accessed through their handy Axus app. While travelling with our grandchildren, they provided us with kid friendly qualified guides, who made the tour fun and informative keeping their attention. Our private drivers were amazing, they were always dependable and prompt. A couple of times our group need medical assistance and our Italy contact ******* was able to secure a Doctors prescription and an emergency dental appointment within minutes of our request. We had the best time celebrating my 70th birthday, travelling flawlessly through *******, ****, ******, ****** and ****** with family and friends. I can't thank ******** and ******* enough for guiding us through what turned out to be a trip of a lifetime.

    This firm does not live up to their name....they ONLY do the (most) obvious #boring....soooo ridiculous and a big waste of time and $$$$! Rec'd ************ all but one, were terrible, ******* *********'d was more like a bus terminal of travellers in the most seedy neighbourhood..which#costalotta...tour guides they booked in ****** repeated the same info each and every time regardless of the site....brutal to say the least....we spent a fortune, forewarned is forearmed.
