    I was concerned shopiosx was a scam when I first came upon their website but after reading some positive reviews I decided to give it a try. The 40% off coupon they originally offered me was not redeemable on my order since it was under $100. They cancelled my order from Mercari so I reordered through them. I was charged surcharges for taxes, services fees and a $5.99 authenticity fee. I ended up paying $150 more then I planned on spending, instead of the billing department honoring their Cheap prices and trying to make me happy as a customer they basically told me since the item was on sale I was lucky I got what I paid for. Crappy customer service and since they’ve expanded storefronts the wait times on the phone are longer.

    This company, Intertech Limited Organization, formerly ShopiOSX, scammed me out of money. Initially, I purchased several items from them on October 7 (while they were still ShopiOSX) but have yet to receive any of the items. During this time they changed their name and website to Intertech Limited Organization (they informed their customers of the change via email) - and my previous order promptly disappeared along with my customer account. They continued to send me emails about shipping updates and delays and even emailed offering free items, discounts, and an offer of a refund but now they are not responding at all, have not refunded me, nor sent me any items. I paid them via Zelle to ShopiOSX and intertech limited organization and a person named **************************Additionally, their business location keeps changing and is listed in multiple addresses even on their website. Two locations in **********, now in *******, **********, then ***********, ** all at locations that are not real.Another alarming issue is that no matter what, their website always states "gateway error" whenever you attempt to make a purchase and can only zelle them. Their customer service number never works and the chat rarely works. They keep going through several website changes and when you search for them online, they don't show up as a scam because any negative reviews are deleted. As a *********** teacher, I purchased these items for my students to be used in class. purchased with my own money, This caused over drafting since I cannot ask for reimbursement until the items are received which meant I couldn't teach my original planned curriculum.a

    I made this purchase, and payment was submitted. I recieved an email indicating shipment and that tracking would be provided. I recieved nothing further. The shop app states order placed but no shipment. I have attempted to reach the business by online chat, which states on site 24hrs, i have tried email and contact via phone, on multiple occassions. I have left voice messages and messages with the weekend call rep. ***** has returned a call, email or replied to the chat. I feel as though I have been the victim of a scam. I simply want to know what is going on with my purchase, i had rather have the product but would accept a refund. I desire contact with a representative to help resolve this, only am unable to reach anyone

    Beware they do have brand new authentic electronics but the surcharges are very high.. Very upset with my experience with intertechLTD. I came across the store on OfferUp some months ago and was concerned it was a scam but decided to give it a go anyways. At the time, I didnt have enough money to purchase the device I wanted from them so I didnt. They sent me a 50% off coupon for being a first time customer.Fast forward to 8/2/2022, I finally attempt to place an order with the 50% off coupon sent back to me in April and they say its expired. I use their live chat option to connect with a billing agent and explain to them my issue and they say that because I didnt use the first time customer coupon within the first 30 days of it being sent then it wasnt valid. I pleaded with her to give me another 50% off coupon, as the device I wanted to purchase was even MORE expensive then when I visited the site in April. She transfers me to 3 different people and they all have the same response coupons over 30 days are automatically expired in the system.I place the order anyway for pickup because at this point Im irritated and hoping the sales agent in person will have sympathy for me when I explain the situation with my coupon and hopefully reimburse me, they CHARGE $16 FOR PICKUP! Ridiculous!! The sales agent in person did not provide any extra free items and refused to honor my coupon. So I ended up paying $125 for a item that was $50 on sale once taxes and fees came out. Very upset. I want a refund for the pick up fee or at least a free device delivered to me. Attempted to reach out to them by both ************* and no one has given me a coupon.
