    Curious.com automatically renewed my membership after having requested it to be cancelled. I have cancelled it for future renewals and have contacted them 3x over the last 2 weeks to request a refund for the $69.99 charge that they withdrew from my credit card, but no one has responded to my contacts. I've attempted to contact Curious.com via telephone, but the number provided on BBB website is disconnected and there is no number on their website.

    I have been charge for a service I had no knowledge of I believe my credit card been hack and compromised it say on the acct I have no card on file but Im being charge by PayPal i dont know how this happened and how it went unnoticed fir this long but I never used this service and it not coming from a credit card I use often it coming from a child support card and some how attach the charge to my PayPal When I provide evidence that it say no card on file but I have been getting charge without my knowledge I would like a full refund because this is a fraudulent transaction that went unnoticed and the service have not been used by me and all my information have be compromised email address and personal information I have to put a fraud report out on my information to prevent this from happening again if you can please help me get a full refund I will appreciate thank you
