I have used this business twice already for 2 different auto accidents. I had had some quality of repair issues with them both times, but for the most part, the issues were corrected enough. I say enough because the owner and his employees gave me the run around so much when ever I asked for them to correct their mistakes, that I just took the fixes they made to avoid dealing with them again. Needless to say, I wasn't going to use them ever again after the last time. The quality control is horrendous as of late. For my last repair I received my vehicle with missing parts, damage to body, bad quality paint on the parts they did have to spray to match, damage to the interior of my vehicle from them prying off the parts, and so on. I had to make multiple trips at my own expense, to their shop for them to fix my car that they swore was complete and ready to ******, 6 months down the line I find myself in a dispute with the owner of the shop, ***** ******** over $22 for a battery core charge, for a battery they charged my insurance $208 + labor, that they replaced without asking me first. After my last car accident, the damage to the car was solely at the back end, on the drivers side. I only asked them to check the battery or anything surrounding, because the lights had flickered after the accident and I thought it was unusual so mentioned it to the employee who was helping me.They wrote on my estimate, that the battery was bad and they swapped it with a non-*** battery, which I would have never approved, since the battery in my car was *** and under warranty, so would have to be either swapped with a same battery, or sent in for warranty replacement. Now that I needed to take my car to the dealer for battery issues is when I find out the issues stem from the battery they swapped in, and the dealer can't help me unless I have the *** battery back. I requested my *** battery back, which I got back, and now the owner demands the non-oem battery back and $22 from me.
