      I had an inground pool and surrounding cement installed. They finished September 2022. About six months later the pool began to separate from the top cement and there is now a fairly large gap present. I called the owner to notify him. He stated it was due to all the rain we had this year and he would not fix it even though there is a one year warranty. I asked him if he could at least look at it and he said he would, but he never did.

      During the flood in January, her pool was over filled and that is an act of God. Her porch that is attached to the house is sloped. We did meet with her and she was going to talk to her insurance. This had nothing to do with our workmanship.
