    A trusted friend vouched for this site and downloaded **************** on my computer for a one time charge of $34.50 on 12/16/2022. It installed a different operating ******* Monterey and removed the original ******* ********* along with the **************** suite of apps. I took my MacBook Air to a computer technician who said it would cost so much to reinstall the original operating system that it would be better to just buy another MacBook Air. Also I could no longer print from my computer, not from Pages which had been working under the Catalina ******* nor from the downloaded Word program that was installed.. On Jan 4, 2023, I noticed the same charge pending from Boing Boing for the same amount which I am disputing as fraud with my Bank. I have been in email communications with several of Boing Boing's representatives, the last one assuring me the pending charge was actually a refund. They even sent notice they had refunded my account. I called my bank to verify the claim with my bank and they said the pending charge was definitely NOT a refund, but a charge and that they could do nothing about it until the company withdrew the funds and it was no longer pending. So Boing Boing representatives not only tried to charge me twice for a one time purchase, but they then lied to me about those pending charges being a refund.
