    ***** and team at Extramile truly go the extra mile to help rent, sell and buy ****************** in ************. As soon as I reached out to Arash to help me rent my apartment in ************* he was all over it. He met me right away to take new pictures of the property and unit. He posted them quickly and immediately started showing the unit and screening potential tenants. This is where I believe the Extramile team excels and earned my trust providing solid input, suggestions and recommendations on potential tenants given their experience. ***** was able to quickly put together the detailed lease, secure the deposit and rent the unit. He was always focused on communicating effectively and updating me as the owner every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with ***** and the Extramile Property Management and Realestate team and look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you.

    My partner has lived in our ** apartment for over 15 years without management, and was really nervous about the transition with ExtraMile coming in as our property managers. So far we've had a great experience with them. Great communication with ***** and very responsive. Our water heater recently broke and ***** had someone come look at it and replace it the same day! We feel very comfortable speaking with ***** about any issues we may have with our apartment, knowing he will take it seriously.

    Arash is the current property manager for the apartment I am renting and he and his company Extramile Property Management does a great job and are very responsive. Would recommend for anyone to use him as your property manager.
