    I returned my **** walkie-talkies and they have yet to issue me a refund for over four months. They tried to tell me to send my ***** information which I did and then my account was hacked.

    I’m gonna be 100% straight up honest with you guys. I was very excited to work with your company. But your absolute lack of customer service as well as whoever receives and ships your orders is embarrassing. I ordered and paid for next day air shipping on June 25th. You guys didn’t even ship it out until DAYS later after I reached out and questioned what was going on. You never gave me an actual answer about that and told me half of it wouldn’t even be arriving with the order. Well guess what it is now June 29th , you sent me a lame ass bogus tracking number, no confirmation email and to top it all off they STILL aren’t here. As soon as they get here IF there ever get here I will be returning them immediately and putting this headache so far behind me.

    This is a Kickstarter project called Milo.I backed this project on November 11th, 2020 for $1,095.00. It has ***** backers. *************************** is the CEO.Used excuses because of pandemic and supply chain disruption which is partly true but did nothing to keep communication transparent and kept backers in the dark for the past 2.5yrs. Now backers are getting their orders but the remaining, **** has gone back to playing their keep quite communication strategy. They tricked backers last July that manufacturing is getting done and time to do surveys and buy add-ons. I believed this and continue to purchase another $552.00 which makes my investment totaling $1,688.00.***** and his team has chosen to not respond or when/if they do, its we are working on it or we dont know when it will ship but we will let you know.Check out ***** website: ******************************* guessing that theyre using remaining backers orders to ship out to new customers and ignoring fulfilling their obligations to remaining backers.Please let me know what are next steps. I am sure remaining backers would enlist on this complaint. Best,***
