      Same day air conditioning came to finish installing ac unit. They broke 2 vents in furnace closed left a huge gap in floor and tired to cover it with carpet they lifting up but not put down. They left screws and broken up scattered wood. I dont want mice in my home because theyre opening up my flooring and not closing it up and breaking stuff, which is destruction of property

      the company was contracted by my home warranty for a ducting issue, the tech did not do a thorough inspection, he only saw one issue that I pointed out, he never even turned on the unit to diagnose all the issues, the tech told me he was not a ducting guy and would need someone else to come complete the repair, my claim was denied due to pest or pet damage but the tech did not even go under the house to inspect my ducting for issues he just saw the first one and made his decision, I spoke with the companies boss *** and he was very defensive and told me they could tell what was wrong in five minutes and not inspect the ducting, I went on to talk to him and say that his company was not completing the inspection because there could be other issues that would be covered by the warranty even though the holes would not be covered, *** did not agree and told me that I should be mad at the home warranty company and not him, I am mad that I paid my home warranty company a deductible for a service call and I did not get a proper inspection, I had to take off work to meet the tech and he was only there a very short time. *** continued to be combative, yelling at me, and did not listen to what I was saying.

      I would like to clarify our role in the recent job concerning the home warranty. We did not collect any payment for this service. Our responsibility is to observe and report our findings to the home warranty provider; we are not affiliated with the home warranty itself.
      Our business model relies on the home warranty covering the job, and we maintain integrity in our reporting. It is not our practice to compromise our findings to accommodate customer expectations.
      However, if the customer is in need of the $100 we are willing to contribute this amount to assist them.
      Nonetheless, it is important to note that we do not owe the customer anything beyond our professional reporting.

      I haves a homeowners' policy and this is the vendor I have to use. They came out in April of 2020 because the air coming from my AC was warm. They said the coolant had leaked out and they would seal the leak and replace the coolant. They came out again in May of 2021 and had the same story. This time they said, "Well, the last guy didn't seal it properly because the coolant leaked out again. Then again in July of 2022. Same problem, same story. Again in April of 2023. It's not April 2024 and today I turned on my AC for the first time this year and the air is warm so I'm assuming that once again, all the coolant has leaked out even though they have said 4 times now that they have fixed the leak so it shouldn't leak out again.

      We repaired your system properly when we came out the first time thats why it was working when we left it. You are complaining a year or so later we do not know what you did in a year call your home warranty to send you a second opinion.
