    IDC technologies vendor payment issues pending 3 months invoices from 2023. the vendor is not responding to emails . looks like they are under going law suite from ********. i recommend contract of full time resource to avoid IDC technologies all location. this will effect end clients as the payment issues caused damage in employer who are providing resources to end client via ***. they lost trust for ***, *****, ******* etc who are partner with IDC technologies for few years in getting the contract resources.

    I wanted to bring to your attention that we have not yet received the payment for the approved timesheet for March 2024. The invoice was raised and submitted to IDC Technologies on April 10th, and it seems that the payment has not been processed as part of the March 2024 payments to ****Additionally, we have not received a response to our payment requests. We received an email yesterday from ******* ***** (Assistant Manager, Finance), but there was no payment date provided, despite the over six-month ******** you know, *** is a vendor for Wipro, who referred them to us. We would greatly appreciate your intervention in this matter. Could you please reach out to *** to expedite the release of this payment? We are unable to process employee payments for March 2024 due to this outstanding issue.If you think it would be helpful, please let me know if you'd like to involve the end client, Trane Technologies, to help resolve this. I can communicate with ********* ********* to check with his reporting manager at Trane Technologies.Ive attached all relevant correspondence regarding IDC's responses for your reference.Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to a prompt resolution.

    My Vendor- IDC technologies

    My Client is Infosys(end Client - Cliffs steel)

    on August 2023, as per end clients request. I have travelled to the company which is in ************************. I have submitted all the bills to the ******* since I work as contractor for *******. ******* released the pay to IDC technologies as I attached in previous pdf, IDC technologies got the payments from *******. After that IDc technologies didnt release the pay till date. I have reached out to all the contacts I have in idc, no is responding properly and they are giving just excuses saying today tomorrow from last one year. Please help me my money which I paid for travel

    *** has been sitting on contractor payments from Sep 2023. I have 6 months of payments stuck with ***. I tried to complaint to ***/ end client, and they do not care. Their vendor management is very bad, and they think the protect themselves by putting companies like *** to hire their contractors. I am looking to file lawsuit against *** as well as on *** for my payments due. Over 48k stuck with IDC. They do send a prompt email response that someone is looking into it, but payments never come.

    I was hired by IDC Technologies for a TCS project for end client AEP. IDC Technologies owes me about $18000 for September and October 2023. Once the project ended, IDC Technologies stopped the payments of the last two months of the engagement. They never answer the phone calls and via email they keep sending a generic message that they are working on reconciliation and the payment will be made soon. On multiple occasions they have given a timeframe but at the end of the said period they go back to the same generic message that they are working on some reconciliation and it will take time. It has been ******************************************************** the same story. For past couple of weeks, they have stopped responding to my emails. It seems that they don't want to pay and I don't have any other option but to pursue legal action. I will never stop pursuing them. Anyone looking to do business with them I would caution you and would recommend that you avoid this company.

    My payment for around $20,000 is not been paid by IDC, they keep saying it in process but I have not received that since Dec 2023, its been 8 months as of now. I was working as consultant for TCS for banking project IDC received payment from TCS but never released.I see similar complaints from multiple people so I have created FB group ( IDC technology payment issue) and suggesting every one to Connect to that group so we can unite together to get our pending payment and put case against IDC to get black listed by major prime vendors list.Meanwhile I urge IDC technology to release payment as soon as possible. We will do everything to black list IDC from major prime vendors and put you guys out of business for holding payments for provided services illegally.

    I worked for IDC through my employer in employer-Vendor setup. IDC is supposed to pay aprox $52000 to my employer for Months Aug 2023 to Dec 2023. We have been requesting payments via phone since last Nov 2023 and so far they havent released anything. We have been communicating with them everyday and they keep sending the same apology response. Seems like they dont want to pay.

    IDC Technologies is a company committing fraud and not releasing payments for the services provided by our candidates. There have been multiple follow-*** and emails but no action has been taken. Now the folks have even stopped replying to our emails and picking up our calls. They haven't released the amount close to $100000, which has impacted our business drastically, putting a hold on our business operations and making us lose our credibility in the market. I would recommend everyone to stay away from doing business with this company.

    Our contractors work for TCS client, and receiving payment through IDC Technologies. We performed our work. IDC collects payment on behalf of us, but did not pay. In addition, their teams performed illegal deduction over the years, committed to fraud . Dear IDCs Executive Team, I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding unpaid wages for the work performed during the months of October, November, and December 2023. As of today, June 10, 2024, I have yet to receive the compensation owed for the services rendered during this period.Despite numerous attempts to contact IDC Technologies and resolve this matter amicably, no payment has been made. This prolonged non-payment constitutes wage theft and clearly breaches our contractual agreement.I fulfilled my duties and responsibilities diligently during the aforementioned months, and I am entitled to timely and complete payment as stipulated in our contract. The failure to provide the agreed-upon compensation not only violates the terms of our agreement but also undermines the trust and professional relationship we established.I urge you to address this matter immediately and arrange for the full payment of the overdue wages. Please consider this letter as a formal demand for payment. I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the owed amount and any additional damages incurred as a result of this breach.I hope we can resolve this issue promptly and amicably.
