    My son saved for months to purchase an item on their website. Over $300 received the item and it doesnt work. No problem, we thought, since they have a 90 day refund policy. We get the paper printed to return the item and off to *** we go. Mailed it on 10/31 and the company received it 11/4. On 11/10 I received an email telling me I still needed to return the item. I responded to the email asking what was going on. No answer. Ive reached on social media and asked whats going on. Only to be told heres your ticket number Theyve now had the item back for 2 weeks and NO refund and no response as to when wed be receiving the refund.

Upon further review of the return, one item was not received therefore delaying the refund as the return was for a bundle of multiple products, and all products part of the bundle are required to be returned/received before the refund is processed. A refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the changes to reflect back on the original form of payment.

    Worst tech company I have ever dealt with. Never answer a call. Never fix a problem. Only generic automated responses to any possible issue ever brought up. Now removing settings from their web cams overnight to stunt usage of older products. Do not buy anything from these con-men. They love to hide behind their TOS as a clause for not fixing anything or taking any accountability for their actions and poor products they charge an arm and a leg for.
