    I fully paid XRT Logistics $21,200 on 12/29/2023 for (1) a new 40' shipping container and (2) load a steel building kit into the new 40' container and ship it from **********, **, to ***************, HI. I had the $27,476 steel building kit delivered to XRT Logistics in **********, ** so they could load it into the 40' container. It's been almost three months and as far as I can tell nothing has been loaded or shipped. They never communicate with me and I have to call over and over again mostly getting busy signals, ring-no-answer. So, I am out about $50K and am very concerned.

    Booked a vehicle transport for two cars & an **** Right before pickup, we switched one vehicle for another. We were charged an additional ******* for an enclosed trailer. Vehicles were picked up by a person who was not prepared with basic necessities. It took him 3.5 hours to load the 3 vehicles. It was NOT an enclosed trailer, which they said was needed for the **** Made a complaint & did not receive a response for a refund or partial refund. The interesting thing is that YELP had almost a perfect rating & then BBB has a D+.

    We put down a deposit of $1000 for shipping ****** out to where we live. We decided to not go with their service because they changed the price from roughly $7,400 to $17,000ish overnight and we therefore declined. We have now been waiting for a refund for over 10 days. They said that it would be just a few days to get the money back and it has now been over 10 days. Every time that I try to call them about it they do not pick up the phone. I am starting to wonder if they are scamming us. I would not be this worried if they hadn't said it would be just a few days. There is no communication or update from them.
