      We have been distributing Green World Windows for more than 8 years.
      Great company to deal with sales and customer service. Reasonably good price and good quality
      compared to other high priced brand name Windows.

      I own a KB Home in Murrieta and needed a window replaced that my daughter broke. I called and spoke to Rena who was able to figure out what window I needed based on the information I gave her and she scheduled the appointment the same week I called. Octavio came out to replace the glass and he did a great job. He came between the given appointment time and cleaned the window after installing the new glass. I love when I speak to a company with great customer service.

      Outstanding business in the market! Our constructor chose to use all windows and doors from GreenWorld in my new house. Wonderful choice! The customer service ladies are so nice and funny! Everyone in the company are responsible and cares about the customers. I found one small gap between the frame and the glass, so I contacted GreenWorld, and they sent people to my house fast and replaced that window in one week. Great job! Hope this company can maintain the good service and products.

      Compre mi puerta de patio y mi ventana con Green world y estoy muy contenta porque se redujo mucho el frio en mi casa y también el sonido de la calle es menos. No e tenido ningún problema con ellas.

      I was told I was going to get a $150 charge for a no access to home on second visit. I called them today and let them know that I did call them and I did leave a voicemail to reschedule and the second time they were supposed to call me so I can leave work and go be there when they get there and nobody called me. The lady at the office her name is Karla, she said that it’s still my fault because they are not able to listen to their voicemails. I also never got a call from anybody for the second time. She tried to tell me it would've been an anonymous number, so that would've narrowed it down so I checked my call log and did not even have that on my missed calls.
      Also, when they called me back to reschedule the second appointment, I even let the girl who called me know that I called and left a voicemail to reschedule, and she apologized for that and never told me that they can’t listen to voicemails, and that there would be a fee.
      It is not my fault that I called and left a message to reshedule and they have some type of system error that they can not listen to voicemails.
      AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF POSSIBLE!! Unfortunately I have a new build and do not have a choice!
