    Its a crooked moving (broker) business. hostage furniture. Contract $3500 when they did moving $6000. And damage furniture and displaced box or stolen box. Sky Van Line **************************** 1 star.

    We are writing to address the concerns you have raised about our moving business. We want to assure you that we take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing a high level of service.
    Our records indicate that on the day of your move, we arrived and were greeted by a representative named *****. The original estimate from Trinity ********** was for 65 items, however, upon completion of the move, we had transported a total of 71 items. Due to the distance between the storage unit and the truck, additional long carry fees were incurred, which resulted in a total cost of $1,922.67. Additionally, we provided a $300.00 discount for your materials.
    We understand that there were already damages to some of the items, and that most of the other items were packed by you, the customer. As per the standard insurance you opted for, we provide coverage of $0.60 per pound per article. We have also provided you with the necessary information to make a claim in case you require it.
    Regarding the delivery of your items, you had requested delivery on or after 4/12/23, and we delivered them on 4/21/23, which is the standard delivery time from ********** to *******. We did not hold your items hostage, and we made every effort to ensure that your move was completed in a timely and professional manner.

    my contract with trinity $3500 35 boxes, large couch, 2 large mirror, scooter, table dining, 4 chair, king ******** 1 painting, 3 small paint, 1 suitcase, 80 inch tv two, at two table couch. my. Sky. line damage furniture, placed boxes or stolen. my lease april 10, 2023. they have delivered april 29 2022 and damage. Its a its 1 star and and crooked business

    They made sure that the process would be stress free. Very pleased!! I even asked for a favor that the delivery be pushed up 2 days and they were able to accomodate. Thank you for the excellent service, I have and I will continue to recommend you for anyone in need of a mover!

    This is your company when it comes down to moving. We did *********** to ********. I called so many places before them and they are ridiculously pricey. Everything was done as promised and on time. Couldn't be more pleased.

    This team was stellar from beginning to end. The estimator gave us a free consulting and, after seeing our house, rattled off the top of his head how many boxes of each size we should order. He was almost dead-on accurate. My mind is still blown by that. Just a great experience from beginning to end, and a huge relief to find such a great company for something you don't do frequently.
