    Back in December 2024, I contracted with OP turf to do a complete makeover of my backyard. We both signed a contract on 12/21/24. On day two, they rolled a skid steer over in my yard with took 8 days to fix while leaking oil in my yard. That same day, one of the workers peed in a bottle and poured it in my neighbors yard. the next day, they brought another skid steer in and that one broke as well. this was the beginning of a nightmare that was schedule to take 3.5 weeks and we are now 3.5 months into the project. ***** came to my office on 4/9/25 and sys he has spent nearly $12000 out of pocket due to bidding job incorrectly and is walking away from the project. Puts me in contact with his friend ***** that can finish but I have to pay for the work. To date, I paid OP turf $43,338 for a partially finished job. ***** comes by and said to finish just the pavers will be around $25000. The drains need to be fixed, the deck needs to be finished, lights installed, irrigation fixed walls stuccoed, firpit area fixed and finished, planters installed, lower yard fixed due to workers ruining yard, old pavers fixed and cleaned from skid steer damage, front yard repaired due to workers and trash removed. To date, I have only received 1 change order from OP turf that was paid at that time. I would like my entire $43338 returned asap so I can hire a new contractor to fix everything. I have emails and TXT proving my case that differ from his final notice.
