    1) They would never give us a date and time (even a general idea) as to when they were going to show up. They always showed up unexpectedly. 2 out of the 3 times they showed up, we were not even home. 2) They would never give us a fixed price for the work that needed to be done and only would give us big range. We have heard from others that they make up reasons to go to the higher end of the range or over. We ultimately found this to be true. 3) The work was never done properly from the beginning. They initially came out to remove a beehive from our roof line. The problem continued to persist. They came back out a second time and the problem continued to persist. They told us there was a large honeycomb in our roof and quoted us a god-awful amount of money to remove it. When we got a second opinion, the new company confirmed there was never any visible honeycomb in our roof 4) We found out they were using an insecticide to kill the bees on our roof line, which is a no no in the industry. As a result, there were dead and dying bees everywhere.

    Although we disagree with the translation of events, we are truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet the clients expectations. 1) We always give an approx. date with a call for lead time of arrival. 2) We provide quotes that range based on infestation and accessibility. Approx. 1/3 are on the low end, 1/3 in the middle, and 1/3 are on the high end with years of evidence/experience. 3) On 1/23/2024 we completed service at the conjoining roofline of address. We went back and checked and confirmed that service was complete at no charge on 1/31/2024. On 6/3/2024 we were hired for a new service and completed that service. When service was completed we were refused payment from customer, we than no changed the service as a gesture of good will. 4) We always use appropriate materials based on the guidelines with the pest control board and leave documentation identifying everything was used at time of service.
