    My phone screen broke in 11/2021 I went to UbreakI fix on ********** in *************** to have my phone repaired. When I came in to pick up my phone the rep sold me a screen protector. I walked out the door, I was never given any instructions or told I needed to register my screen protector and was all set. Less than 1yr later my screen broke again, I call and was pushed around by several different employees and no one wanted to help or listen just wanted to push me off to the next person, give me the run around, after multiple hours trying to get this resolved someone finally took the time to find me in the system and says that the screen protector was a quick sale, and that since it was less than 1yr I can still register and gave me a number to call and an email address , no live person to talk to , so when someone finally emails me back they state I should have got a 4 digit pin and a QR code to register my device. Which I was never provided, but they say I have up to a year to register it. I called back to the store and again no one wants to resolve the issue just continue to try to sell me more products or services.
