    June 6th to July 6th. Safe Harbor treatment center *********************. They lie to women to get them to come to their treatment center. Their website and their in take people are lying stating that this facility is all womens when in fact it is not. There were more men then women the time I was their. I did do my 30 days however that was because they refused to take me to the airport and buy my ticket home. I am from ******** and it was my first time in **********. They also told my husband "if I didn't lie to you would your wife be in treatment?" My husband would have found me another location. I'm filing this complaint to let everyone (state of **********,The BBB ,and future women) they are lying to sick and vulnerable women. I feel that this is wrong. I had male employees come into my room late at night while I was on heavy medications (passed out) come and take my vitals. This was so worng. Please help me make this right.

    I understand you are dissatisfied with the experience you had with us and are requesting reimbursement for the treatment services you received. Unfortunately, our records show that you stayed for the entire episode of treatment, and received the full range of services outlined in our agreement. We strive to ensure that every customer receives the complete service they are entitled to and believe that in your case, this was met in full. This is why we are unable to process a reimbursement for services already provided.

    We genuinely apologize for any experience that did not meet your satisfaction or that you feel did not meet your expectations. Your experience matters to us, and we want to ensure you these complaints are not taken lightly. We will continue with staff education and training for both the site side and admissions staff to make sure proper information is being communicated and everyone has a positive experience.
