      On April 18, 2023, I approached DSR Leasing for a lease buyout of my Kia ******** and ************************* promptly offered his assistance. The payment was made on April 27th.However, my experience worsened in May when I received a perplexing monthly payment statement from **** Seeking resolution, I contacted *** and ************** via email on May 10th. In his response, ************** advised me to contact customer service, suggesting a possible fee as outlined in my contract. Following his guidance, I contacted *** and spoke with a supervisor who clarified the $300 discrepancy as a purchase option fee not accounted for in the payoff quote generated.The necessary payment documentation was faxed to **************, and I emailed him the contract provided by ***, emphasizing the absence of the $300 purchase option fee. Unfortunately, ************** failed to follow up or attempt to rectify the situation. My subsequent attempts to communicate and reach a resolution were met with silence and indifference.On May 17th, I contacted ************** again, reiterating my responsibility to make the monthly payments until the shortage amount was received by ***. Additionally, I emphasized the title's release being contingent upon a prompt resolution. ************** restated that the payoff quote had been paid in full and none of the quotes indicated a $300 fee. In my subsequent response, I reiterated the discrepancy and emphasized ***'s assertion regarding the payment responsibility. Unfortunately, ************** has not responded since then.Due to ****************** lack of responsiveness, I was burdened with making the monthly payment for a vehicle I no longer possess, as it was picked up by DSR Leasing on April 26th. I advise caution when considering working with DSR Leasing based on my experience.
