1 starIts really a scam in my opinion. I had the worst experience. They took $79 dollars out of my account and no notice of renewal but then said they werent able to get the monthly fee. Mind you I never received anything from my bank saying otherwise. Granted I wasnt paying attention because I saw 79 come out and assumed it was the monthly fee x 2. They put a negative **** on my report the next month for late payment so I cancelled and paid. Yet per policy I cant receive my 79 annual fee back so Im out 79 and have a negative **** on my credit. ??Its really not better than self its stupid and not worth it to me. Paying 80 a year plus fees so they can report credit. Theyre actual beneficial options you can use to build credit besides this fraudulent company.Review fromAdrian L

1 starI was away and couldnt cancel my membership and then they told me i couldnt get my money back simply because they had already taken my money. This was only a day after they it got reactivated for another year. They are completely a scam. I cant relate such kind of app with my enemies. There is nothing anybody wants to tell me until they refund my money they are dubious and remain dubious until they desist from such fraudulent activity. If you want a good name then do a good business with integrity not this corrupt manner of extortion. If you cant refund me my money you remain thieves and crooks and one day the law would catch up with your ridiculous firm.Review fromTamia M

1 starI recently opened an account. I tried using the virtual card. I didnt know there were requirements on the merchants. They approved my account and then told me they could not assist with my card because I tried using the card on unauthorized merchant. This company has opened up a trade line on my credit then denied me access. The requested documents from me I sent in the documents and the company denied me use. This company is racist! 1 starAre you trying to build good credit? DON'T DON'T DON'T use AVA (****************************) to build your credit!In order to build your credit you need multiple OPEN accounts. I paid them for the annual plan; and as the renewal date was approaching I paid the annual payment again. ***************THEY CLOSED!!!!!!*************** my account. The frustration ***cannot*** be described in words. Impossible to get a human being on the phone. And via email they ***REFUSED*** to rectify the situation due to the mitigating circumstances. Most destructive app on the market. **************** is bad they repeat everything like a broken record never **** really read what you say they just repeat repeat. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT Download this huge scam they should be sew for falsifying reports. Will never change my rating for this rat infested company.

1 starFinished my build and save after a year. Reported fake negative payment history after their app erroneously stated that my payment went through. App is bugged spoke to customer service they state too bad not removing. Also they are holding my $250 hostage forced me to open another build and save account to link bank account to get funds. Falsely still reporting late payments. They have an error requiring me to link my account again after its already linked to receive my deposit. Its been three weeks emailed customer service they see no error on their end. I want my **** money. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS AVA FINANCE APP
