  I feel so uncomfortable about having given this business my personal and financial information. Communication was great until I submitted an application, and then communication stopped. When I checked in, I was told there'd been a situation (unrelated to me) that caused a delay, and I was given a new deadline. That was fine with me, we're all human and my loan needs aren't the most important thing. The problem is that I didn't hear back that time, either. I tried again and then eventually I asked them to purge my information since they weren't responsive. I then received another apology for the delay and a promise that I'd have everything ASAP. I did not; they just ghosted me. I've never experienced that with a financial organization. I've since asked on multiple occasions for them to at least let me know they purged my application, but they have not even done that. I have no idea what they've done with my information or even whether this company is legit- they certainly didn't help me get a mortgage. In the end I just put time and energy into what turned out to be a liability. I plan to get identity theft insurance, which is a super frustrating situation to be in, but I put all of my financial data in the hands of a company who clearly doesn't respect it, or me. Pretty disappointing and worrisome all around. Oh and please note I've given the company ****************** to respond: these interactions began 3 months ago and it's been 3 weeks since my 3rd attempt to hear my data has been purged; this is not a matter of being impatient or unreachable. So I am completely done with them now and will just move on protecting myself in hopes that trusting them won't come back to bite me.

  I needed to do a cash-out refinance and based on recommendations from friends went to ***** at Mortgage Moneyline. ***** provided exceptional service. He explained what was going on each step of the process and even came up with a great, creative solution when a problem came up. I wouldn't hesitate to use him next time.
