    Date of Transaction: 4/23/2024 I signed up for a recurring membership; however, the contract I signed did not specify anything as far as unused classes not rolling over, not was this ever explained to me. Moreover, contract does not indicate anything about a 30-day cancellation policy and that they will charge you for another month even after you submit a request to cancel, which is completely dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

    I requested my membership be canceled as of 1/23/23. I was told I had to complete a form and provide 30 days notice for cancellation. I asked for a contract showing I agreed to the 30 day notice to cancel. The contract I was sent was NOT signed by me. At that time I was told it was reviewed with me on the phone and they signed on my behalf. It was never reviewed with me nor should it be signed for me. So I asked for an immediate cancellation. They disagreed. So i disputed with my bank my last charge. Since then I closed the dispute and had the charge resent to them, as they said they would close it. Now they are claiming they do not have my December payment and no longer even had a card on file to charge me so they were going to send me to collections for my December and January payments and will not cancel my membership until they are made "whole". They are made whole and I just want my membership to be closed without going to collections for something I do not owe.
