    I received a 30 day noticed from a ************* said it doesn't even matter about his name and he represents his business with a PO box without his name or phone number in his notices. l tried searching the business with no address just showing the back ****** picture of a car. I searched for this business and it does not appear on this website and his website landlordseviction.com has not updated since 2021. His email shows as ***************** he has listed many phone numbers ************ also ************ and ************ He is also listed as Doerksen Investigations are they serving me with a fake business no seal anyone could make this type of letter. Can you confirm if is a legal business because the owner of the place where l live is known to serve with a fake notice does he have a license to be evicting? l have the right to investigate and find out who is going to take me to court.

    This is in response to the complaint file by ***************************************.  I am ***********************************, the owner of Landlords Eviction & Process Service LLC.  We are contracted by owners of properties or property managers to provide legal notices to tenants.  The owner of the property where ****** lives,contracted us to do a 30 Day Notice. **** is one of our process servers who is contracted to serve our notices.  If she has questions regarding the notice she needs to communicate with the owner of the property.

    *************************** was the owner of the business before it was sold to me in September of 2021.  He also owned Doerksen Investigations which is now closed once the Eviction company was sold to me.  

    Our phone number is ************.  ****** is welcome to call and verify the information but we will then refer her to communicate with the owner of the property who ordered the notice.
