      If you're looking for exceptional customer service and high-quality ******************** products, look no further than Flooring Liquidators in *******, **. I recently had the pleasure of working with this amazing team and I have to say, they exceeded all of my expectations.From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to answer all of my questions. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home.The installation process was equally impressive. Their experienced and *********************** worked efficiently to get the job done right, without cutting any corners. They even took care to clean up after themselves once the project was completed.I couldn't be happier with the end result - my new floors look absolutely stunning! Every time I walk into my home, I'm reminded of how thankful I am that I chose Flooring Liquidators for my flooring needs.Overall, if you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and provides exceptional service every step of the way, then Flooring Liquidators is definitely worth checking out.       Poor service, faulty installation, nails sticking out of the ground. This is a hazardous dangerous situation. They refuse to resolve. I will be calling the licensing board.

      We understand your concern regarding the safety of our installation and want to assure you that we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We sent a representative to inspect your stairs and he concluded they were secure but there were a few nails that could be felt. We offered to do a one-time repair, even though you were well past the one-year installation warranty date. We supplied the materials and made the repairs at no charge as a customer service, and you signed a resolution agreement stating that you understood and agreed to this. The installer reported that the stairnose were secure and provided pictures of the finished repair that we have on file. Despite this fact we offered to come back out to the home and do another inspection in two separate emails, both of which you declined. I have a copy of the resolution agreement, as well as the emails that can forwarded to the BBB if they request me to do so. As we did offer to come back out and review the issue, despite you being beyond your warranty and signing a release agreement, I believe this review to be unfair and misleading. Our offer to come back out to review your concerns still stands.Best regards,

      For Item ID: ******, KATELLA ASH, MSI, REDUCER.....The website states very clearly on the item page "FREE HOME DELIVERY We deliver to anywhere in the Contiguous ** for FREE. This excludes ****** and ******, and all off-shore insular areas." I select this option and add the item to my cart. When I proceed to checkout $149 shipping is immediately added to the cost. I used the website's chat function and received several responses. The first stating that their website takes ***** hours to update which is why it may be "glitching". I then asked if the shipping cost recently changed. I was then told they were running a phone promotion and had not tested it online. I replied that there was no reference to a phone promotion or any other promotion on the website. I provided a screenshot which clearly shows the FREE HOME DELIVERY option selected on the item page. I was then told they do not offer free shipping and to refer to their shipping policy online, a link to the policy was provided. I was then told they would offer a reduced shipping cost of $35. I politely declined the offer as the multiple different responses and leave me leery of this companies business practices and unsure I would receive the item as ordered without incurring unexpected additional charges.

      i purchased republic luxury vinyl pure spc *** from ****** flooring liquidators to replace ****** laminate flooring i installed 8 years ago that was water damaged from a bathroom water leak. install is only partially completed and seams and joints are already separating and when walking on flooring there is an audible clicking from joints. contacted the merced store a employee came out to look at it and told my wife he saw no obvious problem with install but needed to escalade concern. They then sent out a 3rd party to inspect and was told it is a foundation problem and no enough spacing around edges. i would believe foundation if i had not had ****** laminate down for the last 8 years and no separation. Spacing started out correct with all my spacers all the way around after all removed and the shifting and separating started there are some spots (not many) that have less spacing than others. I have stopped the install before could be completed to try to remedy the problem. After 3 party inspection paid for by flooring liquidators the claim was denied. kind of figures now I am stuck with almost $8000.00 worth of junk flooring and no help from seller or manufacturer. I could also understand more if i have also not checked and found other reviews with same clicking and separating complaints about the same brand. all i would like is to return what I haven't used and get reimbursed. I feel I cannot trust the seller or the product. If the seller stepped up to help without a fight I could have been forgiving and appreciative. Would love to be able to leave pictures of what is happening and where. My neighbor loved the look of our floor and needs flooring for their cabin in long barn that just had subfloor replaced but with the quality they are looking elsewhere.
