    Paid if full to replace a garage door. He said he would take a check if it is paid in full. I have the text message stating this. Deposited the check immediately on May 5, 2025. He said the garage door would be available on May 15, 2025 and set up a install date of May 16, 2025 between 12-2pm. He never showed up. Reached out the same day and he said he would check to see why it was not installed, he said the tech was out of cell range and he would get a extra hand this weekend to install the door, said his son broke his arm at school and he was dealing with that. The garage door was not installed that weekend. I reached out again on May 20, May 22 and May 27 in which he said he was with a client and would call me asap. On May 28 he said his phone was getting fixed and needed to download and he would reach out as soon as it was complete and asked who this was and what address this was for in which I responded with this information. On May 29th he said he was with a client and would once again call me back. Called back with a new install appointment for June 4, 2025 between 3-5. I called and text to confirm appointment and no response. At 4:19 responded with still coming out and be there asap and if anyone else was asking about this appointment and I said yes, **** and **** are trying to contact to you make sure you are there for appointment. He never showed up. I reached out by calling and texting his number since then and it goes directly to voicemail and mailbox full. He also responded to **** stating that he would be there in the evening and sent picture of the truck loaded with the garage door. On June 6, 2025 he said would install that day and coming from ****** but never showed up. He will not answer or respond to any calls or messages.
