    I came in for a oil change, they over filled my engine with oil. It drove smoothly for two until I began hearing a weird ticking sound from my engine, I then had to call off work an take my vehicle back to jiffy lube for an inspection of my oil. They claim they didn't over fill it but can't explain the spilled oil across my engine. I just want them to repair what they damaged. It's going to cost money be taking out of my children's home to repair something that shouldn't have been damaged if employees at jiffy lube were properly trained.

    This is the store manager *************************** at ******************************** ******* **. ***** #****. I called ************** on 1/22/2024 @11:21 am and left a message in regards to his concerns to give me a call back to allow me to quality inspect his vehcile. ************** has not returned my call or brought the vehicle in for further inspections. I will continue to call and leave messages to make sure ************** is a happy customer.

    On June 25th 2022 I took my 2017 **** fusion to the ****************** jiffy lube I asked to change the transmission fluid in my transmission my car was running fine for like 2 or 3 hours then on my way home the car started driving a little different like it wouldn't want to go in the gear then when I got halfway to my house the transmission light went on where the car wouldn't go over a certain speed when I got to a certain area I noticed that my car started smoking on the inside when I pulled over to the side and pop my hood I noticed transmission fluid all throughout the car I notified jiffy lube on Monday June 27th on what had happen they told me to file a complaint so i did... The jiffy lube in ******* I spoke to the manager named ************************* and he told me if the car was there I said no and he said okay well if you could just take it to a mechanic a certified mechanic to look at the car then we'll go from there so I did I told him that I was going to take it to the **** dealership in ******* ********** and he said okay that's ************* took a look at and said that the transmission was overfilled by like three quarts there was transmission fluid throughout the engine like I previously said and that it was going to cost $5,700 to fix my blown transmission that jiffy lube cost I was just seeing if you guys can help me with this matter I don't know what else to do

    On the 25th of June 2022, **************** came to the shop and asked to change the transmission fluid. According to ****************, after about two hours the transmission started malfunctioning. **************** called Jiffy Lube and mentioned the problem to the manager, ******************, and suggested to the customer to bring it back to the shop so we can diagnose what was going on. **************** refused to bring the vehicle back and decided he would take it somewhere else to have it looked at. Namely the **** dealership. We were not given a chance to do our own investigation and fulfill our warranty. With **************** doing so, it voids our warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: no I never called them and I never refused anything when it first messed up I went back Monday and notified me ******* of the situation of my car and what has happened..he asked me if brought the car I said no it wasn't drivable I said to him that I was going to take it to a mechanic to view it..the manager said for me to take it to a rectable mechanic so his company can take it serious..I said ok he said bring in the paper work for they no I took it in...and that they would have one of there people to inspect it..it was at **** for dam near 3 weeks not 1 person came in to inspect my car...
