      Paramont Homes have been committing fraudulent business practices for several months now & withholding my money $58,165 unlawfully for 83 days now and counting. Paramont Homes **** contractor state license no. ******; Business Address ************************************************************** builder of atrocious business practices that devastated my life. I signed contract for new home to be built (******************************************************) on 4-1-2022 for November 2022 completion. From April 2022 to August 2022 I paid builder for upgrades amounting to $58,165. They falsely advertised completion time & kept me in the dark of delays & cashed all my checks immediately in 2022 but never broke ground for several months not even beyond promised escrow time. I had prepared to move to new home only to find a dirt lot in November 2022. On 1-30-2023 I cancelled contract (as I still only saw an untouched grass grown dirt lot on 1-30-23 which is about ***** months after contract signing on 4-1-2022) due to builder's negligence and abandonment to even break ground in ***** months. On 1-30-23 after cancelling contract due to their ************************* I asked for refund of my money $58,165 that I paid upfront in 2022, builder has now delayed for 83 days since cancellation on 1-30-2023 and now in all the agony of waiting and his inconsistent stories that terrorizes me of whether he is trying to cheat me of this money, I've been affected & my health declined & I've been laid off from my job too recently. Although builder finally wrote on 3-17-23 that the mistake of several months start delays were his & that he will refund shortly due his construction delays but builder keeps leaving the date to refund unanswered with excuses and said harassing things to discourage me from asking my refund & goes silent again. I feel violated & robbed. Please help me retrieve my money from this real estate fraudulent builder who won't reply when he will refund me & stays silent to delay refund or possibly to steal.
