1 starI would never engage with a company that disregards the Do Not Call list to send spam texts. They've been bombarding my number with messages like crazy, showing a clear lack of diligence and understanding. Instead of spamming people, they should invest in proper marketing strategies and stop bothering individuals without consent. I am sincerely appreciate that they've done everything for me. I've just started my own physical therapy business these days.I thought I could do ***************** credentialing process by myself without any help. It turned out I messed up everything that I applied for *****************. I didn't know what should I fix first.To be honest, I gave up once I've got a call from ******** because they told me I need to fix blah blah blah, I didn't understand what they were saying.I looked at my messages that I got from several salesman. Usually I don't believe sales message cause I had bad experience.I didn't have any choice so, I grabbed my phone and called to one of my sales message for consulting. Thank god, I finally spoke with *****, he explained everything that I should fix and need to correct in order to get ***************** credentialing. He just checked my problem right away and he didn't ask money at that time. Just had explained every single details that I have to fix, and he did it looked like his own job, then he gave me invoice at the end after applied. It took less than 2 weeks to get approve ********. Right now, I am waiting to get approved ********* Every week, he check and update my process even though I was not asking. That's really appreciate it. After I'll get ********* I will also ask them to get commercial credentialing.I highly recommend ***** for you guys if you are struggling for credentialing providers.Anyway, LiteRCM LLC is the best and care for you, you can trust them. I had bad experience for that they told me every 2 weeks they are gonna update, I didn't get any response for 3 months. They just updated like the panel are sill closed and didn't process anything from beginning. I was so mad, but nothing I can't do. I am so glad that I finally met this guys.LiteRCM LLC

It's impossible for me to convey how impressed and grateful I am for Lite RCM. I had a lot of unexpected changes in my business and I needed help with everything from credentialing to straightening out billing issues. I had tried for several months to get things straightened out, but to no avail. In less than 24 hours, the gear started to turn when I contracted with this company; not only are their prices the lowest I have found, but the efficiency and communication is outstanding. ***** is a very kind man who knows what he's doing and I can't recommend Lite RCM enough!
