    All they want is money! Once they make a sale then there is no more further help! The Owner or Doctor is not even willing to talk in regards concerns or complaints. They manager is rude and helpless. It is better to go to ******* or Costco.The doctor has prescribed my wife glasses. My wife wanted transitional lenses but instead she was given sunglasses and lenses are tinted as dark as possible, which is useless and cannot see anything at night time and indoor. It can only be used outside when its sunny day which my wife didnt ask for and that was not the reason we visited the doctors office. We called the office the next day but they rejected to help further and asked for more money. We returned the glasses and asked for adjustment and get the right glasses she requested but the office is asking for even more money. At that point we just wanted a refund back and return the glasses completely but they are not refunding our money back instead the manager saying that my wife actually doesnt need to wear it because she has a very good vision and doesnt need glasses. At this point ** really surprised why the doctor prescribing her glasses and the manager says she doesnt need prescription glasses so feels like we were miss leaded and they took advantage of her so they make more money by selling their products. We want our 100% money back and dont want to deal with this place anymore at all. The glasses are in their office right now and the money still sits in their account. We kindly request for refund and please train your stuff well so your customers make informed decisions and you keep having repeat business. Also try to understanding consumers. I think it is NOT professional when the owner or Doctor is not willing to listen or talk to customers.
