      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Liberty Property Management due to several significant discrepancies and unjustified overcharges outlined in my Deposit Reconciliation statement following the end of my tenancy. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with Liberty, they have failed to address my concerns, and I am now seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau. Overall, my experience with Liberty Property Management has been extremely disappointing, and they have failed to provide an accurate or reasonable reconciliation of my security deposit. I am now seeking the Better Business Bureaus help to resolve these overcharges and to ensure that no other tenants experience similar treatment.
