I received a bill for services rendered in the amount of $105.00 and paid it.The next month I received the same bill and didnt remember that I had already paid it so I paid it again. When I realized I paid the same bill multiple times, I called the office to inquire. The ****** (*****) asked me to email proof. I emailed the proof immediately. She then stated she would need to confirm with THEIR bank the payments were received (even though I provided my bank statements saying they were). I followed up a week later and ***** replied that she needed 2 weeks to research. I checked in with her just over 2 weeks later to which she replied she needed more time. I notified her more time was fine but after that time was up I demanded an answer or I would have to report the business. I have read many complaints about their billing practices and I knew this could be an issue. When I told ***** this she refused to communicate all together. They are stealing money! I also have $125.00 bills that I paid X 3. I believe they owe me a total of ******.

My husband and daughter was seen at Elite Urgent Care for monoclonal antibodies treatment. We were told that we would need to pay $250 each out of pocket for a Covid test that isn't covered by our insurance. We were sick and went ahead and paid the $500. I called our insurance when we were better to find out they do pay for the testing so I submitted reimbursement but instead of reimbursing me the insurance paid the Urgent Care their contracted amount of $25.30 x 2 = $50.60. My insurance stated I need to get my money from the urgent care and they are refusing to reimburse me the $500. They have received my $500 plus the $50.60 the contracted amount the insurance has paid the company. We were taken advantage of during our crisis. $500 is a lot of money and money we really didn't have. We would like Elite Urgent Care to reimburse me for the $500 that we paid and keep the contracted amount that was worked out between them and the insurance. I have provided my insurance claim, my **** statement showing the two payments totaling $500, and the claim showing the insurance has paid Elite Urgent Care two payments totaling $50.60.
