    I purchased 2014 masseratti with warranty, from moment it left lot it made noise from belts when stopped, told it would be fix, it took 31 days to get parts during which was told to come 2 times an sent home w/o any repairs. The 31st day after repairs it didn't make it 1 mile before sounds back, also while idling it began leaking coolant from center middle front axle area hours after their mechanic said he fixed. Also the insurance was quoted at one price and actually 300 higher per month. An each time I went to the dealer the owner as well as the salesman both made smirks and made comments about getting a girlfriend now due to car. I am wondering what exactly i should do about this to ensure it is corrected and I am not taken advantage of because I definitely feel it is personnel discrimination but unsure as to why.

    Buyer beware when buying a used car from El Vista Auto Sales, ******************************** *******, **. 95354.I purchased a used ***** from their dealership on 1/23/2023 and it used a quart of oil in 600 miles. ** anyone would do I called the dealership and told them the problem. I was told they drove the car every day with no problem. I found that hard to believe since the car was sucking down oil like a baby sucking down a bottle. After only owning the car 3 months, and only putting on ***** miles the engine was shot. The check engine light came on and the bad news kept going down like dominoes. The cam and crankshaft were shot. I can not believe that a reputable dealership offered no remedy and did nothing to help me in this bad car deal. I took a $10,000.00 loss on selling the car as the purchaser knew a new engine was the only remedy for this car. The car codes told the whole story that the car engine was shot.So any used car buyer should be very careful when considering purchasing a vehicle from El Vista Sales in *******, **. Buyer be very aware!
