    We purchased on Vista Collection Cosmo Dishwasher through **********. Upon unpacking it at home, we noticed the door would not close flush as the unit appeared to be defective. The internal latch that would keep the door closed was also defective. ********** would not take the unit back because they said it was an issue with the manufacturer (Cosmo). Cosmo initially said they would send replacement pieces to fix the issue but we would have to pay for labor! Then they said they reviewed the case and they would send out a technician and pay for the labor. Then, the same day, somebody from Cosmo called my husband and said no, actually, they won't cover the labor and they would just send one piece, the latch, but we would have to pay for shipping! Now our Cosmo dishwasher sits in our garage.

Furthermore, the unit purchased was an open box unit and does not carry a warranty.     Cosmos Cooktop Appliance four burners are defective. Model COS-DIC364, We purchased and have been informed to the company. The gas inside the cooktop, which distribute the gas it leaks, which it is a hazardous in any household. We had a PG&E technician to assert the gas fume originated from inside the cooktop. We send copy of the PG&E technician, whom are reliable because they deal with this type of hazardous every day.We have sent numerous e-mails, and they made us to buy a part from outside where the gas connect, which is not the problem. We fixed that and the cooktop continue leaking gas.We have requested to reimburse the money of the cooktop or to send a new cooktop. They claimed they can't comply with my request. So, we decided to go the court. The leaking defective inside the cooktop it is hazardous for humans. Specially where those household are elders and children leave. If you do not notice the smell can be days until you start getting headed and find out the fume where it comes from the leaking inside the ********** NOT RECOMMEND, THIS APPLIANCE IT EXTREMELY DEFECTIVE AND IT IS HAZARDOUS TO HUMANS AND ANIMALS IF YOU HAVE PETS.

    Purchased COS-965AGC, Broke twice in less than a year. First time I could excuse as being installed improperly by the contractor ***** hired for installation. Second time was the ignition system for the oven, oven was purchased in December ***************** February 2024, so warranty was denied. Took a look at the igniter under heat shielding and its completely warped, looks like someone mangled it with a s**** driver. I initially thought it must have been a returned unit however or damaged during installation, but while leaving reviews saw others with similar warped igniters. Lack of support or just bad design, I cant recommend anything from Cosmo. Wish Id never bought the thing.

    Do not buy a Cosmo (COS-965AGFCC), our oven broke within the first 6 months. The last problem we had the oven solenoid valve dose not click on, no gas flow. This occur right after the warrant expired.

    My Cosmo UC30 range vent hood is installed and runs well. There was damage prior to my receipt of the item that required working with Cosmo's customer service. After sending a few photos and a short video, the replacement fan motor was shipped. Instructions and a video made replacement easy. Saving labor costs for me and Cosmo.Thank you for the prompt service.***

    I love my new hood and oven, it vents better than my 30 inch hood from kenmore, on 2 out of 3 speeds it gets all the heat out of the new small kitchen

    Love my new Cosmo Range Vent Hood. This is such an improvement on my >15 yo Kenmore. Now I have sturdy vent filters instead of the my previous saggy and easily damaged Kenmore filter. Now I have a oil drip pan to catch vent grease before it drips thru my old saggy filter and onto my cooktop.

    We love our island range hood. It makes our kitchen look like a million bucks. We had one of the sleeves damaged and got a replacement, a couple of days later. I would recommend them for sure. Thank you for the service.
