Store charge to my finance company without performing the work. They charge for part and labor that they did not provide or performed, they refuse to cancel contract because of not been there present, but application and lease was signed online and with not been there physically, so why refusing cancelling without been present now. My driving to there is 1 and 1/2 hour so is difficult for me to go. I believe they are giving me a hard time to get an excuse to cancel contract.

9-17-2023 I purchased a front and rear camera for $490.00. Returned 9-24-2023 because it kept falling down, they used double sided tape, 10-2-2023 returned because it still kept falling down. They used a putty to hold it up. 10-9-2023 returned because it still kept falling down. They told me it was going to keep falling down because of the heat and to buy a different camera that straps to the rearview mirror. I said, I didn't want to spend any more money because they shouldn't have sold me the first camera if they knew this was a problem. I asked for a refund, and they said no refund only credit. moreover, I looked at other options which included a camera that was shorter that the rearview mirror for $300 or another camera that is the same size of the rearview mirror $370. This type of camera replaces the rearview mirror because the screen is the rearview mirror. I had no other options, I weighted them out 1 lose money and not be able to use the camera from the first purchase or 2 pay to more to have a camera. So, I decided to purchase the $370 camera because it can be used as a rearview mirror and is the same size as the rearview mirror. However, I asked for a refund first because they didn't have other cameras that was equipped to do the job for the price. They sold me a camera that they knew doesn't work correctly and charged me $100 more than competitive retailers. Then to have to pay more for another camera because that one was of poor quality.
