    I had ordered a bumper for my truck thru this company with lights on 6/14/24, My bumper showed up in a couple of months after that lights (which cost 360 dollars according to the web page havnt yet)After sending multiple emails and calling them, being told week after week that they will ship by then end of the week still nothing and this has been going on for months. Now they wont respond to emails or answer phone calls

    order date- 6/26/2024 item- Trail swing HD spare tire holder I was charged the amount the same day I ordered it. The Website said 8 week lead time. I did receive a confirmation email. The only contact they have sent is an email saying my account was activated after thought that I needed to have one for better communication. I have contacted business by phone which the voice mail just says full and email with no response. I would like my money back and or an appropriate compensation. I understand manufacturing this item can take time, but it has been 8 weeks and the company has not communicated with me about anything.

    I placed my order the last week of September ********************************************* an eta for delivery, it is now in February 2024. Well past the 8 week lead time. They took full payment for the order, really unethical when there is a lead time. Did not provided any updates or notifications of delays. **************** (*****) took weeks to reply to my emails with nothing but excuse for the delay and said it would be deliver after thanksgiving, then in december I got the same excuse. I contacted them in January to make sure it wasnt delivered while I was on bus. Travel and was told no priblem that they would make sure it would ship after the that weekend (implying) it would be shipping soon. Feb 2nd I try calling them again, they did not answer in December and January. Spoke with ***** this time, and he tld me the same spill he wrote in the email back in November. This company took over $2k, I believe, knowing they could not meet the order in the hope they could get it fill before any consequences are brought against them. On the call, I requested that ***** cancel my order and give a full refund. He said he would and it would take 7-10 days. It has been 9 business days and still no refund. I will be filing a criminal complaint through CA's AG as well as NMs and work with my bank if I don't get my refund by Friday Feb 16th, 2024

    Ordered my trail swing along with a few other items on April 14, 2023, over $2000 worth of stuff. I still have not received or seen any sign that it may be shipping out anytime soon. When I first ordered I knew there would be around a 2-3 month wait to receive it. After around 2 months I figured I would call them and see how things were going. To my surprise they said they'd ship it out within 1 week. 3 weeks go by and nothing, so I call them again and get the same thing, 1 more week. 3 more weeks go by and nothing I call them again and they once again tell me 1 more week, to which I replied I'll just assume it's gonna be 2 more weeks. another month goes by and I decide to try and call them again... now they won't pickup the phone (This is as of today 9/13/2023). Anyone thinking about purchasing from this company I would strongly suggest not. This whole ordeal has been frustrating to say the least and now I'm out over $2K with nothing to show for it.Update 9/28/2023:I ended up having to open an inquiry with my bank to get my money back since I had not received my swing and they refused to answer my emails or calls. About a day after opening the inquiry the owner calls me and says he'll ship it out day of with a $300 discount. It was a too good of a deal to pass up and I unfortunately accepted. a few days later I received my swing and was very disappointed to find that it looked to be well used (maybe a floor model or something they used to display at shows) lots of wear on the swing pin and many large blemishes in the powder coat. I am now trying to contact them for a return/refund. It has been 3 weeks with no contact.Update 10/01/2023 They wrote back to my complaints about their trails swing and stated that they would only take my return if I accepted a 15% restocking fee, a fee that their website clearly states if the trail swing shows any sign of use. It does not show any signs of use since it was never used.

    Your first tried to contact us with 20 missed calls in a single hour.  We responded to your first ever email to us within the SAME DAY. We were still kind enough to send you a FREE TABLE ($279) with your purchase to help offset the delayed shipment. Your shipment went out and you still had the nerve to file a false charge back with your credit card company. I told you unless you canceled the charge back that I would divert your shipment. You agreed and your Trail Swing continued on delivery. 

    You received the product and now you are fraudulently claiming that we sent you a used product. This is completely false. Our products are serial numbered and assembled brand new. We addressed your concerns and agreed to refund you with a restocking fee applied. You said no. There is nothing more to do here. Our policies are clearly on our website and our application of a restocking fee is on a case by case basis. Shipping the Trail Swing is $100 one way. We did not even ask you to cover shipping charges. 

    You have not agreed to our email terms. If you would like a refund please agree to our email and we will send a free return label.
