    My car was set to wrap with a 4 day return, after a month of sitting at the shop . I then went to location after the month turn around time , my car light sensors all were going off and my suspension messed up due to them killing my battery is what they claimed . I had a mechanic come down who elusive with a plug in machine to turn off all my lights on dash. Two days later my bumper flew off on the freeway causing damage to my bumper and wrap . I reached out to elusive and told them the situation. They said they can fix it least they can do.Another month went by and I called numerous times to not get any response other than Im not at shop this location. Is less than five minutes from my house so I had stated I will be in next week to pick up bumper after the fourth week of it sitting and two months without my car . When I went down to elusive wraps my car bumper was not complete and I was left with a damaged bumper with no wrap. I complained to the owner ****** and ***** . I had asked for the correct color so I can take my business elsewhere . They gave me the wrong wrap color and I paid another wrap shop $350only to put the wrong color on.i reached back out to company which they then stated well try blue violet I asked well is this the color becuase its been 3 months and I still cannot drive . After she stated yes it is I told them I will be filing a complaint. Owner stated good luck I dont have a case job was complete . I have to purchase a brand new bumper becuase after the wrap was peeled off so was my paint and the wrap show said they cannot do my car with such damage . I still cannot drive due to the fact my bumper was not put on correctly . I feel hopeless and cant afford to keep paying for someone else mistake . Please help
