I've been going to this provider since 6/2020. They are very familiar with my dental work. Below are the dates pertaining to this service. On 5/30/24, went to Cosmetic Micro Dentistry to have old veneers #6, #7, #**, #** #** and crowns #8 and #9 removed. Impressions were taken for the new veneers and crowns and temps were put in. I paid $1,750.00 for removal of veneers. $3,000 for two E-Max crowns #8, #9 and $6,400.00 for four E-Max veneers #6, #7, #8, #**. A total of $**,150.- Came back in on multiple occasions due to temps falling out. - 6/20/24 permanent crowns cemented. I quickly notified dentist that the root canal teeth were discolored when permanents were cemented. Dentist called lab, they advised to go with zirconia crowns and veneers and to use pink opaquer on root canal teeth.-7/23/24 had replacement zirconia crowns and veneers permanently cemented However, pink opaquer was not used due to not carrying this product in office and root canal teeth again look grayish. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the dentist. She said to think about it for a while and get back to her. 8/22/24 I called the office. We agreed that if I would pay for the pink opaquer dentist would redo the root canal teeth #7 #8 and #9. I zelled their office $213.95 to get the pink opaquer order started. I was advised at least 2 month waitlist for item be back in stock. I advised I would periodically call retailer to check if item back in stock to save us some time. ************** gave me description of item I required.8/30/24 I received a certified letter from the dentist indicating termination of doctor-patient relationship due to a breakdown of relationship and advising my dental care will be better elsewhere and a check for the pink opaquer $213.95 was enclosed.I would like to have my money reimbursed for the unsatisfactory outcome of #7 veneer, #8 crown, and #9 crown so that I may have the dental work done elsewhere since Micro Cosmetic Dentistry refuses to do so.
