    I wish I saw these reviews earlier because they are all true. I was with them for about 5 years with only the typical shipping issues that you find with any carrier. My rates were cheaper at the beginning, but yes, they slowly jacked them up where we were no longer saving anything with their monthly fee. We gave them a month notice like they required. They then tried charging us insane prices for the remaining packages that were shipped saying they exceeded weight or size limits when they did not. 6 months later, *** sends us a bill saying that none of our shipments were paid for when we did make all the payment to Inxeption. Now *** is hitting us with all sorts of surcharges. This is fraud and there should be a class action lawsuit. How is this company getting away with this?

    Apparently this company did not pay for the *** labels that I bought through them up to 8 months after shipping packages using those labels. *** hit my bank account for several thousand dollars to pay for these labels plus all kinds of surcharges. I cant believe that *** did not inform me that this was happening to me for 8 months. Then *** **** their money out of my account before I got their bill in the mail. I consider this company and *** to be a bunch of crooks. I was told by *** that it was my responsibility to get Inxeption to reopen their *** account and agree to pay this bill. No kidding. Im closing my small business of 15 years due to shipping expenses.

    I have been a long-term parcel service customer and watched ********************** transition from a promising flat-rate parcel logistics-focused company to everything but that. Their communication, customer service, and execution of new product features have consistently been dismal.After passing along 6-month-old overage charges and sudden loss of parcel service functionality without any warning or timely communication, it was time to move on. Its the end of a long overdue era.This company does not care about their clients and overall lacks respect, leadership and transparency.After escalating customer service concerns to VP of ******************* *********************** and co-founders of the company, my concerns were met with silence and lack of admission of fault or interest in together finding a fair and amicable solution.

    I have been a customer at ********************** for about 18 months. The customer service is poor at all levels tracking, billing, disputes, filing lost package complaints etc. The people ask for the same information several times over several months requiring the business owner to go back and research the lost items countless times and then you still get denied the claim. They tell you that you will get a credit back for overcharges but 3 months later I have not gotten a credit. They also create accounts with your customer name and get you double billed through Inxeption and **** This requires that you call *** to get a credit back.
